Kenneth R. Kane
President & Co-Founder
Kenneth R. Kane shares the position of President and Co-founder of Noah Homes with Mr. Richards. In this role, they are equally responsible for strategic growth and coporate direction. However, Mr. Kane's focus is finance, banking, acquisitions, and developing long term banking relationships. Mr. Kane has 15 years of banking experience, managing a variety of commerical loan products, with a concentration in spec construction lending and A&D lending. Mr. Kane earned his master of science degree in human resource management from LaRoche College. He acquired his bachelor's degree from John Carroll University. |

Jay Richards
President & Co-Founder
Jay Richards shares the position of President and Co-founder of Noah Homes with Mr. Kane. In this role, they are equally responsible for strategic growth and corporate direction. Mr. Richards' focus however, is new business development, enhancing the Noah brand regionally, and developing corporate relationships in both the private and public sectors. Before founding Noah Homes with Mr. Kane, Mr. Richards was president and partner of Richand Holding L.L.C., a residential and commercial property management and holdings company. While with Richand Holdings, he oversaw the development of private and government projects. Mr. Richards earned his bachelor's degree in management from Saint Vincent College. He is also an active member of the community and serves on the Board at Montour High School. |

Lance Cunningham
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Lance Cunningham serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Noah Homes and its affiliates. In this role, Mr. Cunningham is responsible for all controller functions, corporate planning, tax, treasury operations, corporate development, risk management and development of internal audits. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Mr. Cunningham manages all accounting functions for Noah Homes and its affiliates. Mr. Cunningham has also been instrumental in establishing and implementing the corporate structure of Noah Homes. |
